Yes, we can send ready-made samples to test quality (shipping cost applies) or create a custom sample based on your design after mold cost payment.
Q4: What are the typical lead times?
Sample lead time is 3-5 days after artwork approval. Production lead time is 12-15 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity.
Q5: What are your terms of payment?
Mold costs are prepaid prior to sampling; a 30% deposit is required before mass production, with the balance due after inspection and before shipment.
Q6: How do you handle quality problems after sales?
If quality issues arise, provide clear photos or video. We will study the issue and provide a satisfactory solution within 24 hours.
