Yes. Welcome to order samples to check and test the quality.
2. What about the lead time?
Sample time is 6-8 days. Bulk production takes 13-20 days, depending on your design and quantity.
3. How much for samples cost, could it be refundable?
Samples cost an extra USD 45, which will be refundable after mass production amounts exceed USD 500.
4. What are the payment terms?
(1) Sample/Mould cost to be prepaid prior to sampling;
(2) 30% deposit to be prepaid prior to mass production;
(3) Balance to be prepaid after inspection and before shipment.
5. Do you offer a quality guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 100% quality guarantee. For improper production, we will either refund the money or rapidly remake the products for you.
6. What packaging options are available?
We provide Poly Bag, Bubble Bag, OPP Bag, Plastic Box, and Gift Box options based on your requirements.
