Can I have a sample order?
Yes. Welcome to order samples to check and test the quality.
What about the lead time?
Sample time is 6-8 days. Bulk production takes 13-20 days, depending on your design and quantity.
How much for samples cost, and is it refundable?
Samples cost an extra USD 45, which will be refundable after mass production amounts exceed USD 500.
What are the payment terms?
1. Sample/Mould cost prepaid prior to sampling; 2. 30% deposit prepaid prior to mass production; 3. Balance prepaid after inspection and before shipment.
Do you offer a quality guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 100% quality guarantee. For improper production, we will either refund you or rapidly remake the products for you.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use Express services for samples and small orders, including DHL and UPS.
