Stock samples are free with freight collect. OEM samples take 7-8 days with a sample charge.
2. What is your best price for this product?
The price is negotiable and depends on your quantity, logo, size, color, and package requirements.
3. Can we mark our own logo on the products?
Yes, we can customize the logo for you. Please provide your design so we can calculate the cost.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, and Money Gram.
5. How long will it take to receive the goods?
3-5 days via normal service or 5-7 days via economy service of DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT.
6. What kind of file format is needed for artwork?
AI, EPS, CDR, or PDF vector files are preferred. Clear JPG files are also acceptable but may take more time.
