A1: Yes. We will send artwork to you within 1 hour after payment, and let you confirm the sample picture before production.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A2: Sample needs 7-12 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for quantity orders.
Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit for orders?
A3: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A4: We usually ship via Airline, DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-9 days to arrive. Sea shipping is also optional.
Q5: Can I have a sample order for the product?
A5: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q6: What payment methods are accepted?
A6: We accept Paypal, T/T, and Western Union for your convenience.
