Please send us the image or artfile with size and quantity needed. We will suggest the best way to make it and send you all details with price.
Can I get sample approval before mass production?
Yes, we can make pre-production samples for your approval. We only charge the mould cost and shipping fee.
How fast can I get my order if it's urgent?
We can rush urgent orders with simple designs within 7 days. Normal production time takes around 15 days.
Do I pay the mould fee again for re-orders?
We keep your moulds for 2 years from your last order. No mould fee is required if you re-order within this period.
What if I find quality issues after receiving goods?
We perform strict QC before packing. If an issue arises, send us photos and we will remake and send replacements free of charge.
How do you ship the products?
We use DHL, UPS, and FedEx for small orders. For heavy orders, we use Vessel or Air DDP. Our big discounts help save your costs!
