How to start a custom order and what documents are required?
Please provide these 3 elements:
1. Landmark name or design (High-res image/vector file like AI, CDR, PDF).
2. Material preference (Zinc alloy, wood, resin, etc.).
3. Order quantity.
Can I have a sample order before mass production?
Of course. We can make samples for you before you place a large order. Once the samples are ready, we can send them to you or provide photos and videos for your confirmation. Once you confirm, we start mass production.
What is the lead time for production?
Sample time is usually 7-15 days. Bulk production takes approximately 20-30 days, depending on your specific design and total quantity.
Which shipping methods do you use?
Products can be shipped by sea, by air, or by express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.). Please confirm your preferred method with us before placing the final order.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We always provide a pre-production sample before starting mass production and conduct a final inspection before shipment. If any defective products are found, we will re-manufacture them to ensure you receive the best quality.
If I re-order, do I need to pay the mold fee again?
No, we will keep your mold saved for up to 3 years. During this time, you do not need to pay any additional mold fees for re-making the same design.
