What materials and adhesives are available for RFID tags?
We offer various surface materials including Coated Paper (cost-effective), PET (waterproof/heatproof), and PVC (corrosion resistant). For adhesives, we provide normal double-sided adhesive, 3M Glue (high viscosity), and Electrostatic adhesive for high-temperature resistance.
Which chip and inlay should I choose?
We provide LF (0-5cm), HF (0-15cm), and UHF (1-10m) chips. Common options include TK4100, NFC-Tag213, and AlienH3. The choice depends on your required reading distance and memory needs.
What kind of data can be encoded onto the tags?
We can encode unique serial numbers, URLs, website links, or specific text into each tag according to your requirements.
What file formats are required for custom printing?
We support design files in AI, PDF, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and CAD formats. If these are unavailable, high-quality JPG or BMP files can be used for our team to assist with the design.
Can the size and shape of the tags be customized?
Yes, all product sizes and shapes can be fully customized. For die-cutting, the final size is typically at least 4mm larger than the internal inlay.
