If you have ready designs, please provide files in AI, PSD, CDR, or PDF format. Alternatively, you can send us your ideas in detail, and our designers will create sketches for your approval.

What is the typical sampling time?

For items with printing or lasering, sampling takes 7-15 days. For new personalized items requiring molds, the process usually takes 15-30 days including design and molding.

What is the lead time for mass production?

Regular items without customization take 15-30 days. New customized designs typically require 30-45 days after sample approval.

What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (100% for mold charge + 30% deposit, balance before shipment), L/C, or Western Union. For items with custom logos, a 50% deposit is preferred.
