Our normal lead time is 7-14 working days after artwork confirmation. Detailed dates are provided 2 days after the order is released.

Do you pay for shipping fees of returns?

Based on the issue, if defectives are found, we will check the evidence to decide if a return is needed, and we will cover the express freight.

Can you send progress photos of the pins?

Yes, we offer progress updates including photos and videos during mold opening, polishing, plating, and coloring stages.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard term is 50% payment in advance and 50% before dispatching (after sending final product videos and tracking numbers).
