What about the lead time?
Sample time is 6-8 days. Bulk production takes 13-20 days, depending on your design and quantity.
How much for samples cost, could refundable after mass product?
Samples cost extra USD45, which will be refundable after mass production amount is over USD500.
What are the payment terms?
(1) Sample/Mould cost to be prepaid prior to sampling;
(2) 30% deposit to be prepaid prior to mass production;
(3) Balance to be prepaid after inspection, before shipment.
Do you offer a quality guarantee?
Yes, we offer 100% quality guarantee. For improper production, we will either refund your money or rapidly remake the products for you.
Are custom designs accepted for these coins?
